UA Local 254 Training Centre

The Union’s mantra for education and training is to technically meet the modern needs of industry by improved methods and cutting-edge training for all our apprentices and journeypersons.

We are committed to continually improve our training department with modern equipment in order to provide courses necessary for our tradesmen. The courses we provide are also continually being upgraded and our instructors are qualified to provide the most up to date skills available.

Below are what we currently have to offer. Should you be a member who wishes to take part in any of these courses, please contact the PITC Training Director to sign up. Anyone wishing to start an apprenticeship and join Local 254 can also call these numbers for information.

First Aid and CPR are now being offered to members as well as their families as this course is not only for safety on the job but also for safety for everyone.
